Overview
Seeking an experienced Talent Development Specialist for a six-month maternity cover to support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate learning and talent development projects from planning and design through to delivery and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to the design of learning programmes, development journeys and supporting resources.
- Research, curate and regularly update learning content for employees, teams and people managers.
- Design, develop and maintain digital learning resources across the organisation’s learning platforms.
- Coordinate with external providers to support the effective delivery of learning programmes and resources.
- Coordinate operational processes for external providers, including contracts, procurement requests, purchase orders and invoices.
- Gather and analyse participation data, feedback and other indicators to evaluate programme effectiveness, report on progress and outcomes, and recommend practical improvements.
- Support the delivery of workshops, onboarding events and other learning activities where required.
Required Experience
Experience in learning, talent development, organisational development or instructional design. Strong project management and programme coordination skills. Experience designing and curating learning content and connecting programmes to broader capability-building priorities. Confidence using data and feedback to evaluate and improve programmes. Experience coordinating external providers and related contracts, purchase orders and invoices. Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a practical and collaborative approach. Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms; experience with Workday, e-learning development, career or leadership development, and behavioural assessment tools would be an advantage.
