Overview

The role supports the Head of Engagement and Operations in enhancing the visibility and impact of key products through promotional activities and events, assisting with the organization of the World Forum on Well-being and coordinating fundraising efforts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of communications plans for key outputs and events, including identifying promotion opportunities and preparing communications material and impact reports.
  • Support the delivery of social media strategies, preparing engaging content and visuals, and liaising with other Directorates.
  • Draft and edit communications content for brochures, blogs, podcasts, and newsletters, ensuring adherence to OECD communications standards and guidelines.
  • Update and maintain WISE’s webpages and produce the monthly newsletter.
  • Support the implementation of the Centre’s fundraising strategy, including identifying and researching potential partners, contributing to outreach strategy improvements, and preparing outreach material.
  • Organise the logistical and administrative aspects of the OECD World Forum on Well-being, including event retro-planning, logistical instructions, managing speaker invitations, and liaising with co-organisers and onsite logistics teams.
  • Support the organisation of events and meetings of the Working Party on Well-being Statistics.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a communications, organisation of high-level events and/or fundraising role with similar responsibilities, preferably in an international context.
  • Excellent written communication skills: experience developing and drafting messages for different audiences and presenting information in a clear, accessible and compelling way.
  • Proven ability to contribute ideas and practical solutions to communications and outreach activities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver high quality, timely outputs within tight deadlines.
Qualifications

A university degree in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, journalism, international relations or any other relevant field.

Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.

Remuneration
Monthly salary starts at 3 878.08 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
