Serve as a lead officer handling appeals matters and provide legal advice on complex legal issues.
A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible professional experience in the practice of law, including the provision of legal advice and the handling of complex legal matters, is required. Of the seven years of experience, at least two years in international litigation, including experience appearing before and leading witness evidence before a court, tribunal, or comparable administrative body, is required. Experience in administrative law and/or employment and labour law, preferably in an international or multicultural organizational setting, is required. Experience with human resources policies, administrative procedures, and organizational operations in an international organization is desirable.
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in law is required. A first-level university degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in combination with two additional of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
