Overview
The role of Asociado/a Técnico/a en Habitanza de Calle is to provide technical support for the effective follow-up and implementation of project activities, ensuring the coherence, relevance, and operational viability of actions related to the comprehensive attention of people experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen coordination between actors involved in project implementation and comprehensive care for the target population.
- Analyze the performance of services and care devices to identify optimization opportunities and strengthen project results.
- Support the creation, exchange, and development of relevant capacities for the project.
Required Experience
- Minimum 7 years (for High School graduates) or 4 years (with a University Degree) of relevant experience in at least one of the following:
- 1. Implementation, accompaniment, or follow-up of programs, projects, or services for people experiencing homelessness or highly vulnerable populations.
- Participation in comprehensive care, social inclusion, productive inclusion, risk and harm reduction, or capacity building processes for the homeless population.
- Institutional and territorial articulation with public entities, social organizations, service operators, or community actors for the implementation of actions aimed at vulnerable populations.
- Follow-up, monitoring, systematization, and elaboration of technical reports related to social programs, public policies, or social inclusion strategies.
Qualifications
High School certificate is required. A University Professional Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Public Administration, Community Development, Law, Public Health, or related areas will be considered favorably, but is not a requirement.
