Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of renewable energy and municipal finance projects, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring project compliance with UNDP rules and regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, activities, and budgets.
  • Conduct field visits to gather data and follow up on progress.
  • Monitor project risks and issues and provide solutions.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
  • Support implementing partners' capacity.
  • Participate in the preparation of procurement workplans, project briefs, and donor reports.
  • Draft monthly progress reports, field visit reports, and project fact sheets.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices.
  • Monitor project implementation against established indicators.
  • Support the development of communication and visibility materials.
Required Experience

Minimum 7 years (with High School diploma) or 4 years (with bachelor’s degree) of experience in coordinating / managing renewable energy or socioeconomic development projects. Proven experience in dealing with multilateral donors, local governments units, and Private sector is required. Knowledge and understanding of monitoring and evaluation tools is required.

Qualifications

Secondary Education is required OR A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in Renewable energy, Business Administration, International development, or a related field.
