Overview

This consultancy will provide coordination, technical, research, and knowledge-management support to the Gateways to Public Digital Learning Initiative.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated coordination, technical, research and knowledge-management support to the Gateways Initiative.
  • Cover the Gateways dashboard and Knowledge Hub, country engagement and technical assistance, study visits and peer learning, the UNESCO-UNICEF Charter for Public Digital Learning Platforms, evidence generation, communications, reporting and partnership coordination.
  • Support evidence-based, human-centred and scalable digital education approaches that improve learning outcomes, empower teachers, strengthen national systems, and promote equity and inclusion.
  • Prepare technical notes, reports, case studies, presentations and knowledge products.
  • Manage donor reporting, partnership monitoring and financial tracking.
  • Synthesize research and evidence to translate into short reports and communication and advocacy work.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, study visits or technical exchanges.
Required Experience

At least five years of relevant professional experience in education, digital learning, international development, public-sector digital transformation, knowledge management, project coordination or related areas. Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, preferably involving governments, UN agencies, development partners or technical institutions. Experience supporting digital education, public digital learning platforms, EdTech or digital public goods. Experience preparing technical notes, reports, case studies, presentations and knowledge products. Experience managing donor reporting, partnership monitoring and financial tracking. Experience synthesizing research and evidence to translate into short reports and communication and advocacy work. Experience organizing meetings, workshops, study visits or technical exchanges. Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications

Masters Disciplines: Education, international development, public policy, social sciences, digital transformation, technology for development, learning sciences, or a related field.
