Overview

Provide high-level technical expertise to support the capacity building of Institutional Consultants and facilitate policy and technical alignment meetings with government ministries. Support the facilitation of a multi-stakeholder workshop to finalize the Liberia Learning Passport Implementation Roadmap and run technical capacity-building handovers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the capacity building of the Institutional Consultants who will be developing the software for Learning Passport.
  • Facilitate high-level policy and technical alignment meetings with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
  • Support the facilitation of a multi-stakeholder technical workshop to finalize the Liberia Learning Passport Implementation Roadmap.
  • Run technical capacity-building handovers for UNICEF staff and MoE ICT specialists.
Required Experience

Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience in international development, education sector reform, or digital education. Proven experience in implementing and scaling digital learning solutions—specifically the Learning Passport platform— within West and Central Africa is required. Prior operational deployment experience or coordination of Learning Passport within the WCARO region.

Qualifications

Must have an advance degree (minimum Master) in Education technology, Digital Learning, Information technology, International Development, Social Sciences, or a closely related field.
