Overview
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the One Payroll Programme, a strategic digital transformation initiative to consolidate payroll systems into a single SAP-based solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the One Payroll Programme, ensuring alignment with the SAP consolidation strategy and programme roadmap.
- Drive execution across all project lifecycle phases, including initiation, design, build, data migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, technical standards, and operational readiness criteria.
- Act as the primary coordination and integration point across TEC, HR, CFO, and Country Offices.
- Support programme governance structures, prepare materials for Steering Committees, and facilitate decision-making.
- Establish and maintain structured communication mechanisms for transparency and stakeholder buy-in.
- Oversee Change Management and communications to ensure user readiness and adoption.
- Develop, maintain, and refine integrated project plans capturing scope, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Ensure effective scope management through requirements gathering, validation, prioritization, and control of change requests.
- Monitor and report on delivery performance against baselines, implementing corrective actions.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage programme risks, including system integration, data quality, compliance, and operational continuity.
- Maintain and update risk and issue registers with mitigation and contingency plans.
- Track and manage cross-functional and cross-system dependencies.
- Escalate critical risks and issues through governance channels.
- Lead detailed budget planning, forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Monitor resource utilization across internal teams and external partners.
- Identify potential budget deviations and propose corrective measures.
Required Experience
- 10-12 years of progressive project/programme management experience.
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP/SAP implementations.
- Experience managing global, multi-stakeholder programmes.
Qualifications
- Advanced university degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification desirable.
