Overview
To establish a roster of pre-qualified consultants and subject-matter experts in Monitoring, Evaluation, Implementation, Project Management, Change Management, Coaching and Facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, reviews and program audits with recommendations and findings.
- Develop methodologies, frameworks, standards and guidance documents.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards and analytics products with accompanying documentation.
- Conduct implementation research, case studies, landscape scans and foresight exercises.
- Produce strategic briefs and governance reports for leadership decision making.
- Support implementation of special initiatives.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, retreats and leadership sessions with outcomes and action points.
- Provide coaching, facilitation and mentoring support.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated track record in at least one of the expertise areas.
- Experience working with international organizations, governments, academia, NGOs, or development partners.
- Experience within WHO, UN agencies, multilateral organizations, or public institutions.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree at master’s level or higher in a field relevant to the deliverables.
