Overview
The Case Management Specialist will support the implementation of case management activities for social inclusion and integration, focusing on migrants' socio-economic inclusion and providing high-quality, client-centred case management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor and provide technical guidance to Case Managers.
- Develop, review and continuously improve case management workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and maintain referral pathways and service mapping mechanisms.
- Coordinate and support the maintenance and effective use of case management databases and information management systems.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and case management audits.
- Ensure that case management activities are implemented in line with IOM protection principles, safeguarding standards and relevant inter-agency guidance.
- Develop and deliver trainings, coaching and capacity-building activities for Case Managers and programme staff.
- Support coordination between relevant programme teams involved in beneficiary assistance and case management.
Required Experience
- Master's degree with four years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with six years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in case management, social inclusion, protection, migration, social work or related fields.
- Experience in supervising, coordinating or providing technical guidance to case management teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing case management workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidance materials and operational tools.
- Experience in developing and maintaining referral pathways and coordinating service provision among multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating service quality and implementing quality assurance mechanisms.
- Experience in data collection, data management, information management systems and reporting.
- Experience in database management, maintenance and analysis to support programme implementation and decision-making.
- Experience in capacity building, training delivery and staff mentoring.
- Experience in coordinating with governmental institutions, local authorities, civil society organizations, educational institutions, employers and other service providers.
- Experience in designing, implementing or supporting activities related to social inclusion, integration, labour market access, education or community engagement programmes is an advantage.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Sciences, Migration Studies, Social Work, Psychology or related field; or Bachelor's degree in the above fields.
