Overview
The Human Resources Reporting, Learning and Recruitment Intern will support the People Programmes and Partnership (PPP) Unit in developing and maintaining client-oriented services, contributing to HR reporting, recruitment activities, and other JPOSC PPP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in retrieving, analysing and compiling the results of annual satisfaction surveys targeting JPOSC clients, including reviewing and updating questionnaires, sending surveys, monitoring participation, compiling and analysing results, and preparing presentations.
- Support HR reporting activities as applicable.
- Coordinate interviews, solicit reference checks, and draft interview reports for PPP recruitment activities.
- Provide other related support to recruitment as applicable.
- Assist in preparations for JPO pre-departure briefings.
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials for learning activities.
- Assist and support learning and development activities.
- Project management of the Global Coffee Roulette.
- Support ad hoc activities related to JPOSC-managed programmes.
Required Experience
- Prior experience in reporting is an asset.
- Working knowledge and proficient user of the Microsoft Office Programmes (Particularly Ms Excel).
- Knowledge and experience of graphic design, reporting software is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience of data visualization is an asset.
Qualifications
- Candidates must meet one of the following educational requirements:
- Currently in the final year of a bachelor’s degree; or
- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree; or
- Have graduated no longer than 1 year ago from a master’s degree or equivalent studies.
- Field of study: Social or political science, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or equivalent.
