Overview
This role supports the Glasgow Face-to-Face fundraising programme by providing operational, administrative, and on-site support. It contributes to the delivery and growth of regular giving income for MSF UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational, administrative, and on-site support to the Glasgow Face-to-Face fundraising programme.
- Support the Face-to-Face Fundraising Manager with the day-to-day running of the programme, including rota planning, timesheet administration, team documentation, compliance processes, and coordination of fundraising activities.
- Provide practical support to fundraisers in the field during fundraising activities.
- Support recruitment, shortlisting, onboarding, and training activities for fundraisers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including recruitment agencies, site brokers, and venue contacts.
Required Experience
Substantial experience fundraising, team leading or coaching in F2F fundraising context. Excellent knowledge of F2F fundraising techniques and best practice. Excellent working knowledge of Private Sites fundraising.
