​​Integration Case Worker (Consultant Category A)​

Overview

Provide comprehensive case management and integration support to migrants by assessing needs, developing individualized integration plans, and coordinating referrals to essential services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individualized case management and referral follow-up for migrants.
• Provide comprehensive case management services, including needs assessment and development of individualized integration plans.
• Conduct detailed intake interviews to identify clients’ needs, skills, vulnerabilities, and barriers to integration.
• Facilitate access to essential services through referrals and coordination with relevant service providers.
• Assist clients with job readiness, including CV development, interview preparation, and referral to job opportunities.
• Track and document client progress against integration plans and update case files.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records and prepare reports on client outcomes.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure access to services and fair treatment.
• Deliver orientation sessions and workshops on topics such as local systems and services.
• Ensure proper management of client data in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, NGOs, community organizations, and service providers.
• Gather feedback from clients on services received and identify service gaps.
• Work closely with colleagues across sectors to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client support.
• Participate in meetings and conferences and maintain effective liaison with stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or High School diploma with six years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations.
• Experience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups.
• Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Social Science, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields from an accredited academic institution; or High School diploma.
