Key Responsibilities
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through the EU-PH Partnership for Green Economy: GREEN LGUs Project, supports local governments in strengthening waste-management systems and advancing circular-economy solutions. In partnership with the Quezon City Government, UNDP intends to procure various equipment for processing plastic, glass, organic waste, and materials used in brick and paver production. The requirement comprises a paddle-type concrete mixer, heavy-duty plastic shredder, hydraulic brick-and-paver press, bottle and glass crusher, and rapid food waste converter. The procurement covers a complete operational solution, including supply, delivery, unloading, installation, electrical and utility connections, testing, commissioning, training, warranty, preventive maintenance, spare-parts and consumables support, and Philippine-based after-sales service. The requirement will be awarded as one complete and indivisible lot. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
