Key Responsibilities
United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit documentation as follows: Information on available platforms, product capabilities, implementation and migration approaches, deployment options, licensing models and indicative costs that could support the replacement and modernization of the current Correspondence Management system. Suppliers are encouraged to propose alternative approaches if considered beneficial. Suppliers should indicate whether capabilities are: Available Out-of-the-Box / Configurable / Require Custom Development / Not Available. Suppliers should provide company profile; ownership structure; solution overview; implementation methodology; public sector references; UN agency references (if any); roadmap; product lifecycle policy; support model; SLA model. Suppliers are invited to provide indicative information regarding subscription model; user licensing model; implementation costs; migration costs; training costs; support costs; estimated 3-year and 5-year TCO.
