Key Responsibilities
WIPO is seeking preliminary information on the availability of potential companies that have the necessary expertise and capability to operate and manage a customer contact center to cover services from 00:00 to 09:00 CET, Monday to Friday, excluding WIPO official holidays, with support services provided primarily in English and Chinese. It also aims to understand the potential cost implications associated with such services. Participation in this RFI is not mandatory. Any prospective participant that declines to respond to this RFI will remain eligible to take part in any eventual sourcing process.
