Overview
The Adolescent Development Officer provides technical, operational, and administrative support for the integration of adolescent development and participation in country programmes, focusing on youth engagement in governance and youth work standards.

Required Experience
At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in social development planning and management in adolescent development, youth participation and youth work related areas is required. Proven experience facilitating meaningful adolescent and youth engagement in programme planning, review, and decision-making processes is required. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering capacity-building initiatives for policymakers, government counterparts, and other stakeholders on adolescent development, youth participation, and youth engagement is required.
Qualifications
A Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, Education or another relevant technical field is required.
