Overview
Support the coordination of projects implemented by the IOM Belgium and Luxembourg office, focusing on either Social Integration or Migration and Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and following up on project activities, including work plans, deliverables, steering committees, events and focus group discussions.
- Liaise with partners and stakeholders and assist with project monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal IOM units on budgets, contracts, procurement, privacy and administration.
- Assist in drafting narrative and financial reports for the donor.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Assist in identifying partnerships with civil society, diaspora associations, government institutions, research institutes, universities and the private sector.
- Draft conference presentations and speeches related to Labour Migration and Inclusion.
- Participate in and follow up on meetings and conferences.
- Provide administrative assistance in the preparation of new projects and initiatives, including concept notes, project proposals, donor mapping and funding opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required Experience
- 3 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in political science, social science, migration studies or a related field; OR 5 years of relevant professional experience with completed secondary education.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Proven experience with project monitoring and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of migration-related fields is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in political science, social science, migration studies or a related field from an accredited academic institution; OR Completed secondary education.
