Key Responsibilities
To provide technical consultancy services to UNICEF Ghana and government partners to undertake a comprehensive baseline assessment, digital infrastructure and implementation requirements assessment, and AI user needs assessment for the Digital Education Pilot. The consultancy will establish baseline measures for the pilot results framework, assess digital capacity and AI literacy among participating educators, identify infrastructure, connectivity, equipment, and institutional requirements for effective implementation of the AI Teacher Companion, and generate evidence-based recommendations to guide pilot implementation, procurement, professional development, risk mitigation, monitoring and future learning and decision-making
