Overview
Support programme activities for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) in Ireland, supervising a team and contributing to protection-related activities and transition assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of project activities for BOTPs in Ireland.
- Supervise and train Caseworkers in individualised casework, including vulnerability and needs assessments.
- Supervise Project Associates supporting concurrent workstreams.
- Coordinate the effective implementation of SOPs and provide technical support.
- Build the capacity of Project Associates and Caseworkers.
- Supervise day-to-day activities and support efficient operations.
- Liaise with the donor and other relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistical and administrative support.
- Support the drafting of processes and procedures for data accuracy.
- Contribute to periodic reporting on project results.
- Maintain confidentiality of project-related matters.
- Support efforts to mitigate fraud and malfeasance.
- Monitor the integrity of records containing individual data.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Required Experience
Proven experience in a similar setting and capacity, particularly with protection-related casework support. Experience supervising a team. Previous work experience in international, governmental or non-governmental organizations. Project support and coordination experience would be considered an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science or a related field from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience; or; High school diploma with seven years relevant professional experience.
