Affiliate Contractor - Project Associate (Migration Response Centres)

Overview

The Affiliate Contractor - Project Associate will assist in the planning, delivery, and overall support to Migration Response Centres (MRCs), focusing on administrative and data requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to protection programming and provide technical support to MRC staff.
• Coordinate and implement protection activities, including developing SOPs.
• Analyze and report on protection cases referred from field teams, partners, or hotlines.
• Manage MRC data and produce weekly, monthly, annual, and donor reports.
• Organize training sessions for MRC staff and partners.
• Assist in procurement and logistics for protection-related activities.
• Attend meetings with protection partners and share information.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Contribute to the preparation and submission of Programme reports.
• Conduct field visits and provide recommendations.
• Attend meetings involving MRC operations.
• Support requests from external partners.
• Support the visibility of MRC actions through liaison with the communications team.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Required Experience

3 years minimum of in humanitarian settings, migration, and/or development settings. Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, or UN agencies is an asset.

Qualifications

Bachelors in psychology, Social Psychology Development Studies, Migration Studies, Social work Humanitarian Aid or related fields from an accredited academic institution.
