REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES Ref: LRPS-2026- 9206213 UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal to “Review and upgrade the existing training module and organizing Training of Trainers (ToT) and roll out of the District-Level Training of law enforcement agencies (Child Affairs Police Officers) on the Children Act 2013, with emphasis on Children as Victims or Accused in Technology-Facilitated Violence, Abuse, and Exploitation, in collaboration with Police Headquarters (PHQ), with technical and financial support from UNICEF Bangladesh”. 1. Request for Proposal United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the abovementioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein. 2. All queries will be entertained up to 5 working days prior to the Bid opening.
