Key Responsibilities
Provision of 120 kW electric boiler system (4 × 30 kW) and its installation in a UN House (office building) The site inspection is: ☒ is not mandatory, but highly recommended A site inspection will be conducted for the purpose of providing background information only. UNDP will not issue any formal answers to questions from bidders regarding the RFQ or bid process during a site inspection. All questions shall be submitted through Quantum system message functionality. Bidders participating in a site inspection shall be responsible for logistical arrangements that may be required for the bidders to participate in a site inspection. The site inspection will be held as follows: Date: 28 September 2026 Time and time zone: 12:30 am, Tbilisi Time (GMT +4) Location: UN House, 9 Eristavi Street, Tbilisi, Georgia Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
