Key Responsibilities
UNDP invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit an offer for the provision of remote simultaneous interpretation services for the Blue Justice Community User Gathering 2026, to be held at UN City, Copenhagen, from 17 to 19 November 2026. Organized within the framework of UNDP’s Blue Resilience project, the event will bring together practitioners to exchange experiences and strengthen cooperation in addressing organized crime in the fisheries sector. Interpretation services will support effective communication and participation across English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Arabic. The required services comprise a total of 20 hours of remote simultaneous interpretation over three days. Interpreters will join the event via Zoom. The UN City Copenhagen technical team will provide on-site technical support and manage the live stream and all related equipment; the service provider will not be required to supply an online platform. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference and solicitation documents for the detailed requirements and instructions for submitting an offer. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
