Overview
Provide technical support to strengthen the Primary Health Care (PHC) policy and standards framework, with a focus on home visiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and strengthen the existing PHC regulatory framework.
- Develop and align workforce roles and job descriptions.
- Revise and strengthen home visiting standards and implementation tools.
- Provide technical consultation and validation of proposed policy and standards.
- Consolidate and finalize the policy and standards package.
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in primary health care, health systems strengthening, health policy and planning, or development of standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in medicine, public health, health systems management, nursing, pediatrics, or a related health or social sciences field.

Languages Required
Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
Languages Preferred
Working command of Russian or Turkmen is a strong asset.
