Awareness raising and Research for Youth Ecopreneur Programme (YECO)

Overview

Support the Youth Ecopreneur Programme (YECO) by raising awareness and visibility among youth entrepreneurs with sustainable businesses. The role involves promoting the programme, researching relevant actors, and sharing updates on social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss and determine the target audience, including needs
• Develop outreach strategy and implementation
• Promote the Youth Ecopreneur Programme within networks and social circles
• Research relevant actors/institutions in their regions to share the opportunity with and contribute to a database of promotion partners
• Share YECO updates on TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, blogs/websites
• Engage with youth entrepreneurs and encourage participation in your region
• Advocate for youth entrepreneurship and sustainability businesses
• Amplify 8-12 posts during the application phase
• Outreach to at least 5 different youth opportunity groups on social media in their region to amplify the message and refer back to the Ye! community social media pages

Required Experience

Being familiar with local and regional youth business ecosystems. Previous experience in raising awareness among target audiences is an advantage. Good knowledge of online marketing and media tools and channels is highly desired. Big social media reach on LinkedIn and/or Instagram - preferably among youth entrepreneurs.
