Overview
Responsible for delivering essential cybersecurity activities to safeguard people, partners, and operations. Leads incident response, monitors systems for security risks, and provides expert guidance on new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring threats are identified, investigated, contained, and resolved effectively.
- Proactively monitor systems, networks, and user activity to detect and mitigate security risks.
- Contribute expert cybersecurity guidance to the design, development, and implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Help strengthen Oxfam's security posture, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure cybersecurity considerations are embedded throughout the technology lifecycle.
Required Experience
- Experience protecting modern technology platforms.
- Experience in automation and orchestration.
- Understanding of modern cloud security principles including secure and privacy by design.
- Desirable: Experience working within international, humanitarian, development, charity, or complex global organisations.

Remuneration
£36,826 with a discretionary range up to £43,083 depending on experience. If based outside the UK, the salary will be based on the salary range of the country of work.
