Overview

Develop and maintain an English language curriculum for students in the Digital Hub, ensuring it covers essential language skills and engages diverse learning styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive English language curriculum.
• Ensure the curriculum covers essential language skills.
• Create engaging educational materials.
• Continuously update course content.
• Deliver interactive and engaging English language training sessions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Provide 1:1 support.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
• Gather and analyse feedback from students and stakeholders.
• Make recommendations for programme improvements.
• Maintain and regularly update the English curriculum.
• Collaborate with technical trainers.
• Ensure all beneficiaries graduate with a strong foundation in English.
• Contribute to a final evaluation report.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in linguistics and/or English language teaching.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
