Overview
The consultant will support WHO/Europe to facilitate team development by providing teams with a structured process for recurring reflection, learning, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide each assigned team/group with a maximum of eight team development sessions.
- Observe, record and discuss existing or emerging psychosocial risks.
- Facilitate the interpretation and discussion of Psychosocial Risk Assessment results.
- Participate in regular intervision sessions.
Required Experience
- 10 or more years of relevant professional experience facilitating teams and groups in complex organizational environments.
- Experience working with multicultural, cross-functional, hybrid, and geographically dispersed teams.
- Understanding of organizational systems and group dynamics.
- Experience from the UN system or other international organizations is an asset.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in organizational psychology or other social sciences with demonstrated strong background in coaching, group dynamics, and process facilitation.
- Accreditation as a coach, facilitator, or trainer from a recognized professional organization.
- Training in one or more of the following: conflict resolution, mediation, team development, leadership development, executive coaching and other related areas.
- Desirable: Accreditation from International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at PCC or Senior Practitioner level.
