Overview
Deliver NRC Protection from Violence (PfV) interventions in Khersonska oblast, Ukraine. Provide individual protection assistance, referrals, counseling, and support community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Individual Protection Assistance (in-kind and cash)
- Provide protection referrals, counseling, and accompaniment
- Conduct protection monitoring
- Support community self-protection initiatives
- Assist collective sites with NFI goods and self-management
- Monitor and coordinate activities of PfV implementing partners
- Ensure compliance with NRC policies and global protection mainstreaming principles
- Maintain accurate documentation and collect data
- Contribute to tracking financial expenditures and reporting
- Assess and promote ideas for technical improvement
- Ensure interventions target beneficiaries most in need
- Contribute to local advocacy efforts
- Provide psychological first aid
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate protection information
- Support field data collection for assessments
- Represent NRC at external meetings
Required Experience
- Experience in delivering Protection from Violence (PfV) interventions
- Experience in individual protection assistance, referrals, counseling, and accompaniment
- Experience in protection monitoring
