Overview
The role involves providing technical support for the operationalization and institutionalization of Competency Based Education (CBE) and 21st Century Skills (21 CS) across policy, curriculum, teacher professional development, classroom practice, and assessment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical inputs to policy coherence frameworks and guidance materials for CBE and 21CS.
- Support the design of pilot activities, training resources, and institutional capacity building.
- Assist in implementing and refining classroom observation and mentoring systems.
- Support the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation framework for the pilot.
Required Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in curriculum reform, competency-based education, teacher professional development, or education system strengthening.
- Experience supporting development of training materials, pedagogical tools, or education reform initiatives.
- Proven facilitation skills and experience conducting training workshops.
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree (Master’s or PhD) in education, curriculum studies, education policy, teacher training, social sciences or related fields.
