Overview
The Knowledge Management Associate will support UNICEF Pakistan’s education programme by tracking action points, assisting in programme monitoring, and managing documentation and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on action points from meetings.
- Liaise with government counterparts and partner organizations.
- Support communication between different UNICEF sections.
- Assist in monitoring programme implementation progress.
- Help compile updates on action points.
- Support the Education Specialist in research.
- Help collect and organize information on ECD and FLN programmes.
- Support teams working on Accelerated Learning Programmes.
- Support in the review of refinement of PD processes and frameworks.
- Facilitate coordination on cross-cutting priorities.
- Assist in coordinating and consolidating quarterly progress updates.
- Draft meeting notes, briefs, and summary reports.
- Maintain a tracker of all commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Compile partner inputs and prepare first drafts of situation updates, fact sheets, and donor progress reports.
- Assist in compiling latest education data into infographics.
- Maintain databases of sector studies, evaluations, and evidence.
- Support in preparing presentations, background notes, and briefing packs.
- Support in organizing workshops and review meetings.
- Maintain calendars for major events.
- Ensure documentation is systematically prepared and shared.
- Draft internal communication notes and partner updates.
- Support development of infographics, briefs, and short updates.
- Track media, research, and partner publications.
Required Experience
• 1 month relevant experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education (e.g., Education Policy, Curriculum Studies, Educational Planning & Management), Social Sciences (e.g., Sociology, Development Studies, International Relations, Public Policy), Economics (particularly Development Economics, Education Economics), Public Administration, Public Policy, Development Studies, International Development.
