Overview
Provide legal support for the implementation of the Project “Restoration of Water Supply and Sanitation in Ukraine” in accordance with relevant legislation and agreements.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in preparing and providing legal support for international agreements or agreements within the framework of IFI projects;
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the field of contract law, public law, or international financing;
- Experience in preparing regulatory and legal acts;
- Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of public finance, international financial agreements, and IFI activities;
- Experience working on projects financed by the EIB or other international financial organizations;
- Experience working on infrastructure or municipal projects;
- Experience providing legal support for grant programs;
- Knowledge of EIB procedures and EU requirements for managing international aid funds.
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree in Law (Master’s degree in Law or equivalent)
