Overview

Oversee the beneficiary data lifecycle through the Humanitarian Cash Operations and Programme Ecosystem (HOPE) in Sudan. Provide technical support on beneficiary and payee registration, data verification, coordination with Financial Service Providers, grievance redress mechanisms, payment verification, and the use of HOPE reporting and dashboards.


Key Responsibilities
  • - Provide technical support on beneficiary and payee registration.
  • - Oversee data verification and targeting quality.
  • - Coordinate with Financial Service Providers (FSPs).
  • - Manage grievance redress mechanisms.
  • - Verify payments.
  • - Utilize HOPE reporting and dashboards to support implementation, compliance, and reporting.
Required Experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in data or humanitarian program/project management experience, including with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in beneficiary data management for humanitarian programmes.
  • Strong project management knowledge.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including UN agencies.
Qualifications

Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Data Analysis, Business Studies, Social Science and any other related fields.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of another official UN language (Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
