Overview
Develop a national investment case on the inclusion of modern contraceptives into Universal Health Coverage plans, providing technical input, leading data collection and validation, and ensuring alignment with national systems and policy frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop methodological framework and analytical design
- Lead data collection, validation and preparation
- Develop scenarios based on agreed assumptions
- Conduct modelling and impact analysis
- Perform economic and financial analysis
- Develop the investment case document
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in public health, preferably in SRHR and family planning
- Proven experience in data collection, analysis and use of health information systems
- Experience working with the Ministry of Health, national statistical systems, research institutions or development partners
- Experience supporting analytical work, policy development, or health programmes related to SRHR is required
- Previous experience with UN agencies or international organizations is an asset
- Strong understanding of the SRHR and family planning landscape in Kazakhstan
- Knowledge of national health system structure, including UHC/MSHI mechanisms
- Experience in collecting, validating and systematizing demographic, epidemiological and service delivery data
- Ability to review and analyse technical documents, policies and reports
- Familiarity with key FP indicators
Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in public health, medicine, epidemiology, health systems, or a related field
- Additional specialization or training in sexual and reproductive health (SRHR), family planning, or health systems is an asset
