Overview
The Business Intelligence Assistant will assist in data validation and quality control, analysis of campaign results, and review of donation statuses to optimize operational and analytical management.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily update UNICEF database with donors’ personal and financial data.
- Manage and monitor operational processes for Donor Care and Acquisition campaigns.
- Perform validations and quality controls on information in CRM (Salesforce) and other systems.
- Contact suppliers and telemarketing agency for validation, reconciliation, and follow-up.
- Verify and ensure correct implementation of changes on PSP platforms and associated systems.
- Monitor and follow up with teams on priority cases and incidents.
- Provide support in developing and updating validation, control, and monitoring tools.
- Prepare reports and support information analysis for decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement and documentation of processes.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Required Experience
- 3 years of experience working in CRM/database
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, validation, and quality control, as well as in monitoring operational processes.
- Knowledge of SQL for queries, Power Query, validations, and database management.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning, validation, and analysis.
- Salesforce experience is desirable.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is desirable.
- Knowledge of Payment Gateways, Payment processing and API calls is desirable.
Qualifications
Diploma from a technical and/or university degree in Administration, Information Management, Data Analysis, Database management or related fields.
