Overview
The Data Coordinator will support the Defence Industry, Innovation and Armaments Division by ensuring efficient handling of administrative and organisational duties, with a focus on the Aviation Committee and airworthiness tasks, including the management of an airworthiness database.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relevant information for tasks and projects.
- Assist with administration and organisational work for the Aviation Committee and its substructures.
- Respond to questions related to airworthiness data and records.
- Implement, maintain, and validate airworthiness data.
- Establish dashboards to support section work.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures for the recognition and oversight of airworthiness authorities.
- Contribute to projects within the section.
- Perform any other related duty as assigned.
Required Experience
- Higher secondary education qualification with 6 years post-related experience, OR upper vocational training/post-secondary degree in a discipline relevant for this position with 3 years post-related experience of administrative or organisational work.
- In-depth knowledge of office management and information technology systems, software applications and packages, in particular the Microsoft Office suite, Share Point or similar.
- Experience in managing systems engineering processes (advantage).
- Experience in aviation related industry (advantage).
