Overview
This role focuses on developing capacity in AI, Digital, and Data across the organization to maximize value from these tools and drive efficiency in supporting children's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for AI, Digital, and Data value capture.
- Drive and oversee AI in General Productivity adoption.
- Own the multi-year strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Digital, Data, and AI capability development.
- Lead the development and implementation of data, analytics, and AI training programmes.
- Oversee the design and rollout of initiatives to build AI fluency and drive culture change.
- Drive key communities, including SCA AI Forum and the SCI AI Ethics & Risk Working Group.
- Foster an environment that promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual learning.
- Drive uptake of organizational policies related to data, analytics, and AI.
- Support engagement with users to gather insights and represent their needs.
- Oversee the evaluation and continuous improvement of training and capacity-building efforts.
- Build and steward senior-level relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Act as the organization's senior accountable lead for AI capability.
Required Experience
- Essential: Senior leadership and strategic planning experience; Senior stakeholder influencing experience; Experience setting ambitious and strategic goals for data and analytics training initiatives; Change Management proficiency; Data Proficiency; Analytics Tools Expertise; User-Centric Design proficiency; Stakeholder Engagement track record.
- Desirable: Non-profit sector knowledge/experience (especially international development projects).
Qualifications
Essential: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
