Overview

The intern will support the implementation of IPF activities in communities, assist with logistics, and ensure activities adhere to World Vision standards. They will also collect data, contribute to reporting, and support capacity building initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Participate directly in planned activities in communities (awareness sessions, workshops, children's activities).
  • Assist in organizing logistics (preparing venues, mobilizing participants, distributing materials).
  • Ensure activities comply with World Vision standards and guidelines.
  • Collect field data (number of participants, feedback, photos, attendance lists).
  • Contribute to drafting monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
  • Assist in entering information into internal systems.
  • Support training for volunteers and local partners (preparing materials, co-facilitating, answering questions).
  • Accompany community actors to help them apply learned methods and techniques.
  • Contribute to strengthening project understanding and encouraging the inclusion of vulnerable children.
  • Participate in meetings between different program components.
  • Assist in documenting exchanges and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Contribute to identifying collaboration opportunities and strengthening World Vision's visibility.
  • Report protection incidents related to adults and children.
  • Support the adequate implementation of protection incident preparedness plans.
