Overview
Manage the selection, implementation, and roll-out of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution for MSF International.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and articulate project scope, goals, and plans.
- Develop, adjust, and update the project plan with resource requirements.
- Conduct progress reviews and quality control, monitoring project metrics.
- Ensure work complies with IT requirements (cybersecurity, access, privacy).
- Oversee data migration and integration activities.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot continuously.
- Analyze risks and devise mitigation actions.
- Lead communications with stakeholders, including the steering group.
- Provide close-out report at the end of the project.
- Plan, monitor, and adjust the project budget.
- Play a key role in establishing and securing funding requests.
- Supervise and coach the Business Analyst.
- Coordinate the work of colleagues involved in the change.
- Communicate on project goals, progress, and challenges.
- Put in place effective change management strategies.
- Coordinate the work of external parties (functional partner, solution provider, implementation partner).
- Lead the tender and contracting process for selecting the Solution Vendor and Implementation Partner.
- Assess the quality of external parties' work.
- Serve as focal point on the management of contracts with vendors.
- Participate in International Finance team planning activities.
- Support the implementation of other initiatives and projects of the International Finance Team.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with business applications, from which at least 4 years in project management roles.
- Proven experience in leading the implementation of modern Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
- Experience with vendor selection for Business applications, preferably cloud-based.
- Demonstrated experience in project management disciplines: project management, change management & transitioning, stakeholder management, communications, budget & cost management and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and contracts with external vendors.
- Demonstrated ability in steering projects in complex organizational settings.
- Experience working in or with international NGOs or non-profit organizations is highly desirable.
