Overview

Manage the selection, implementation, and roll-out of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution for MSF International.


Key Responsibilities
  • Refine and articulate project scope, goals, and plans.
  • Develop, adjust, and update the project plan with resource requirements.
  • Conduct progress reviews and quality control, monitoring project metrics.
  • Ensure work complies with IT requirements (cybersecurity, access, privacy).
  • Oversee data migration and integration activities.
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot continuously.
  • Analyze risks and devise mitigation actions.
  • Lead communications with stakeholders, including the steering group.
  • Provide close-out report at the end of the project.
  • Plan, monitor, and adjust the project budget.
  • Play a key role in establishing and securing funding requests.
  • Supervise and coach the Business Analyst.
  • Coordinate the work of colleagues involved in the change.
  • Communicate on project goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Put in place effective change management strategies.
  • Coordinate the work of external parties (functional partner, solution provider, implementation partner).
  • Lead the tender and contracting process for selecting the Solution Vendor and Implementation Partner.
  • Assess the quality of external parties' work.
  • Serve as focal point on the management of contracts with vendors.
  • Participate in International Finance team planning activities.
  • Support the implementation of other initiatives and projects of the International Finance Team.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with business applications, from which at least 4 years in project management roles.
  • Proven experience in leading the implementation of modern Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
  • Experience with vendor selection for Business applications, preferably cloud-based.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management disciplines: project management, change management & transitioning, stakeholder management, communications, budget & cost management and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and contracts with external vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability in steering projects in complex organizational settings.
  • Experience working in or with international NGOs or non-profit organizations is highly desirable.

Fluency in English is required
Languages Preferred
French or Spanish would be an asset. Knowledge regarding Financial consolidation, financial planning and management reporting process would be an asset.
