Overview
Support project implementation on the ground and coordinate project activities in target communities, including liaising with local municipal focal points.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the project team with project implementation on the ground.
- Support coordinating the project activities in target communities, including in liaising with local municipal focal points in Martvili and Chokhatauri;
- Support project team missions in the region, including organizing meetings with LIGs, municipality representatives, performing logistics and secretarial tasks;
- Support to disseminate information on project activities to target community members;
- Support the implementation of small-scale investment support and community support schemes through collecting data, conducting outreach activities, and supporting monitoring activities;
- Provide support in filling and submitting application forms for community support and small-scale investment support scheme;
- Support the project team in facilitating the review of the implementation of Community Development Action Plans
- Support preparation of the trainings, workshops and meetings on site;
- Perform monitoring activities when and as required in line with the monitoring plan;
- Support with coordination and monitoring of project activities under LoA with the Georgian Farmers’ Association (GFA);
- Support in ensuring the integration of gender, youth and social inclusion elements into field activities with guidance from the National Gender and Social Inclusion Consultant;
- Support implementation of the project field activities;
- Carry out other relevant tasks.
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in agriculture, rural development, project coordination, field monitoring or other relevant fields at national level.
Qualifications
University degree in agriculture, economy, public policy, international development or a related field.
