Overview
Design and deliver a competency-based AI training program focused on Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) and Risk Communications and Community Engagement (RCCE) to strengthen participants’ practical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation phase by consulting with UNICEF Nepal and government partners, reviewing relevant documents, and finalizing the AI training agenda and design.
- Develop and submit a comprehensive SBC/RCCE-focused artificial intelligence (AI) training package, including presentations, exercises, case studies, role-plays, and participatory AI learning tools, aligned with NHEICC’s requirements.
- Facilitate the 1-day training in August 2026, a half day training in October 2026 and a half day training in November 2026 by delivering key AI technical sessions in content design, guiding participatory learning activities, and ensuring active engagement using AI tools using approaches.
- Provide 1 hour per day, five days a week, for two months of online guidance to participants for continuous learning.
- Coordinate the training flow, manage session quality and timing, support daily reflections, and work closely with the NHEICC/UNICEF focal persons to ensure effective delivery.
- Prepare and submit the final training report, including learning outcomes, participant feedback, recommendations, finalized materials, and participant outputs, within 1 week of the Training.
Required Experience
10 Years of experience in digital/computer-based training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or similar filed. Master’s Degree preferred.
