Overview
Support the design, development, and facilitation of the UNICEF Academy’s high-value fundraising and partnerships pillar, focusing on a unified capacity-building program for mid-level managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the High Value GLAM programme.
- Contribute to the creation of a best-in-class learning experience for high value income streams and complex partnerships.
- Provide knowledge management, internal communication, and partnership support to the Corporate Partnership team and other high value teams.
- Identify gaps and propose solutions to strengthen the Corporate Partnerships learning offer.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five years of relevant professional work experience in private sector fundraising or related high value fundraising channel is required.
- Experience in coordinating and curating content and managing multiple channels (website, newsletter, podcast, short videos…) is required.
- Experience in either learning and development, capacity building or knowledge management is required.
- Experience in publishing in SharePoint is required.
- Experience in managing networks, building communities and organizing quality events online and offline is required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in one or more of these disciplines; Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Fundraising, International Development, or related areas.
- Alternatively, a first-level university degree in a relevant field combined with two additional years of qualifying working experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
