The Project Analyst will coordinate effective project planning and implementation, establish partnerships, and monitor progress in achieving project targets. The role aims to support local governance for resilient and low-carbon development.
Minimum of 2 years (with master’s degree) or 4 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience at the national or international level in providing management advisory services, and/or hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects. Experience in managing projects, including design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as supervising personnel. Experience in the use of computers, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and web-based management systems, and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages. Knowledge and experience in climate change, green transition, sustainable local development, energy efficiency, renewable energy, climate resilience or closely related fields.
Advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Energy Sciences, Environmental Science, or related field is required. Or A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the areas stated above, in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience.
