The Database Management Associate (Business Intelligence) directly contributes to strengthening and expanding fundraising operations by ensuring efficient and reliable data management. The role enhances strategic decision-making by providing accurate analysis, integrated reporting, and fundraising performance insights.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, data analytics, systems database management, market research, analysis, or related functions. Experience working in collaborative, cross-cultural, and multidisciplinary teams will be valued, as well as knowledge of financial processes, particularly revenue reconciliation and data analysis, and experience managing deliverables using agile methodologies (DevOps, Jira, ClickUp).
Completion of secondary education is required, and professional and/or university-level courses related to the field of work, such as Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Systems Engineering or others, are highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may replace three years of related work experience. A master’s degree may replace an additional two years.
