Overview
Support business stakeholders and technical teams in identifying data needs and improving budget analytics and client service delivery. Extract, clean, validate, and organize datasets, conduct exploratory data analysis, and prepare reports and visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business stakeholders and technical teams in identifying data needs, reporting gaps, and opportunities to improve budget analytics and client service delivery.
- Extract, clean, validate, and organize structured and unstructured datasets from relevant WBP systems and data sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and prepare clear summaries, visualizations, dashboards, and recurring reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R.
- Contribute to the development, testing, and documentation of predictive models, reporting tools, mobile applications, and AI-enabled solutions under the direction of senior colleagues.
- Maintain and update standard reports, dashboards, datasets, and model outputs, escalating data quality issues and supporting routine validation and troubleshooting.
- Assist with user testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing to help business users interpret reports and apply data insights in day-to-day decision-making.
Required Experience
2 years of relevant experience. Experience in financial planning, reporting, budget analytics, performance management, or large/complex organizations would be an advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, data science, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, finance, business analytics, or a related field.
