Overview

This role supports the migration of IMF online courses to a new platform and ensures the quality of course assessments across multiple languages.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the transition of IMF online courses from edX to the Institute Training Hub.
  • Review, validate and test online courses and learning assets.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of assessment components.
  • Identify and document content and technical issues.
  • Monitor issue resolution and support testing cycles.
  • Compare course assessments and learning assets across language versions.
  • Maintain issue logs and liaise with relevant teams.
Required Experience

Proven experience reviewing, testing and validating online learning content and digital learning assets.

Qualifications

University degree, or equivalent, in programming/systems, computer science, statistics, finance, mathematics, economics, or a related field of study is required.

Languages Required
Working proficiency (reading and comprehension) across one or more of the course languages.
Languages Preferred
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools is highly desirable, as is experience with quality assurance processes, version control, and issue-tracking workflows. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with instructional designers and teams focused on course adaptations into other languages would also be helpful.
