Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the transformation agenda by supporting the assessment of Real Estate, Corporate Security, and Business Services processes.
- Support service redesign by helping to develop future-state process designs.
- Advance applied AI innovation by researching, analyzing, and helping prototype agentic AI use cases.
- Enable data-driven decisions by working with data from WBG platforms to develop insights.
- Support stakeholder engagement by participating in and helping to facilitate working sessions.
- Contribute to implementation planning by assisting in developing phased roadmaps.
Required Experience
2-6 years of relevant experience in business process transformation, digital enablement, or operational change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field combining business and technology disciplines.
