Videographer

Overview

The International Trade Centre (ITC) is recruiting a Videographer Consultant to develop high-quality promotional videos for selected MSMEs as part of a project to boost youth employment and entrepreneurship in Sierra Leone.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in briefing meetings with the project team and participating MSMEs.
• Review the branding and communication objectives of each assigned MSME.
• Develop a filming plan and shooting schedule for each enterprise.
• Coordinate with MSMEs and relevant stakeholders to identify suitable filming locations and required materials.
• Prepare a creative approach ensuring that the videos effectively reflect the identity, products and services of participating MSMEs.
• Produce one promotional video for each assigned MSME, highlighting products, services, brand identity, key business activities, and value propositions.
• Ensure professional visual and audio quality.
• Provide one horizontal version and one vertical version for each MSME.
• Integrate subtitles where required.
• Edit and finalize all video content, adding transitions, titles, and other production elements.
• Ensure consistency in quality across all video outputs.
• Integrate comments and feedback received from MSMEs and the project team.
• Provide a maximum of two revision rounds per MSME.
• Deliver final files in formats suitable for digital communication and online use.
• Submit a final summary report.
• Comply with ITC’s visual identity, communication and visibility guidelines.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial videography and video production.
• Experience producing promotional and brand storytelling videos.
• Experience working with SMEs and entrepreneurs.
• Experience with professional editing software.
• Experience working on entrepreneurship or development programmes is desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in video production, media, communications, visual arts or related fields. Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a university degree.
