Graphic Designer

Overview

Develop branding and promotional materials for a portfolio of MSMEs to strengthen their market positioning and enhance visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in introductory meetings and briefing sessions with MSMEs and consultants.
• Review and analyse branding briefs.
• Develop branding packages for 12-15 MSMEs, including logo design, mini branding guidelines, business cards, thank-you cards, product and packaging branding, social media templates, and social media profile assets.
• Produce visually coherent, professional, and practical branding materials suitable for digital use and future printing.
• Incorporate feedback and provide up to three rounds of revisions per MSME.
• Provide all editable source files and final high-resolution/production-ready files.
• Ensure editable templates can be easily updated and reused by MSMEs using accessible design tools.
• Ensure consistency across all branding assets produced.
• Finalize and submit all deliverables according to agreed standards and timelines.
• Prepare a brief summary of work completed and deliverables produced for each MSME.
• Comply with ITC’s visual identity, communication and visibility guidelines.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and branding.
• Experience developing visual identities and marketing materials for SMEs.
• Experience working with businesses from diverse sectors.
• Experience using professional design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro or equivalent).
• Experience working with entrepreneurship development programmes is desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Fine Arts or related fields. Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a university degree.
